English
These terms govern use of the public website and the AI support channel.
Agreement
By accessing syntagent.com (and related pages) or using AI support after Google sign-in, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Services
We provide informational content about our company and products, and an AI-assisted support channel for customers and partners who authenticate with Google. Features may change or be limited during beta or maintenance windows.
Accounts
Access to AI support requires a Google account in good standing. You are responsible for activity under your session. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the services: no unlawful content, no harassment, no attempt to break security or overload systems, and no use that violates third-party rights or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
AI outputs
Responses from AI support are assistive and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) unless explicitly provided by qualified Syntagent staff outside the automated channel. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on chat content.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and software are owned by Syntagent or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the public site and support channel for their intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer except as allowed by mandatory law.
Third-party services
Authentication uses Google under Google’s terms and privacy policy. Infrastructure may rely on third-party providers; their terms may apply to the extent you interact with them directly.
Disclaimer of warranties
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose where disclaimers are enforceable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syntagent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or AI support.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) EUR 100 or (b) amounts you paid Syntagent specifically for the support channel in that period (if any fees apply). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent allowed.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Rijeka, Croatia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
